Why I take Organic Greens Daily

On my instagram (@ThisCurvyGirlsFitness), I talk about and show my morning routine often which includes taking my Organic Greens from Transform. I get a lot of questions about it so I thought I’d share a little of my experience and share why I take greens everyday.

I started taking Greens (a powder that you mix with water and contains a variety of greens including, Wheat grass, Kale, Alflfa, Spinach, Broccoli and so much more), in 2020. I immediately saw the benefits. The greens are known for their digestive health and how nutrient rich they are. Upon starting to to use them daily, I noticed that I was much more regular, and also noticed that my stomach looked flatter. I truly believe this was from just removing the all the bad, built up stuff in my gut.

Since I’ve been taking them for ta while now, I notice that when I miss a day or two, I feel the difference. I’m a little more sluggish and and not as regular. I simply feel good when taking Organic Greens from Transform.

Now, there are a lot of different brands out there, I’ve been a fan of the Transform Organic Greens because of the flavor. I get the Mixed Berry, which is perfect because the slight sweetness gives the greens a great taste, unlike other greens where it taste like you’re drinking grass. Plus, I love adding this smoothies because you get your greens and the flavor mixes well, if you’re adding berries to your smoothie.

I also get a lot of questions asking when is the best time to take the greens. For me, I prefer in the morning. I usually take my greens either before or immediately following my workout. I think each person, has there own timing for these things, so you’ll need find what works best for you.
