Vegan Chocolate Protein Shake…Must Try
Let me start by saying that I’m not vegan, however I do try to have days that I focused on not eating meat, or eating vegan to give my body a break from eating meat and trying to incorporate more plant based meals into my everyday life. Hey, we all have to start somewhere.
I recently was sent vegan chocolate protein powder from Transform and I wanted to feel the full benefits so I decided to make a vegan chocolate protein shake. It was so good that I just had to share with you and it’s now become one of my favorite morning treats…yes I said treats because it taste that good that it feel like a chocolate treat instead of a protein shake. Let’s dive into this Must-Try Shake!!!

Ingredients
5-7 Ice Cubes
1 Tbsp Almond Butter (any nut butter)
1/2 Frozen Banana
1/4 cup Oats
1/2 cup Non-Dairy Milk - I used Oat milk
1 scoop your favorite Chocolate vegan protein powder, I used Transform Vegan Meal Replacement.
Directions
Simple, Place all ingredients in a blender, I selected fruit smoothie and push start. Allow the mixture to blend for at least 90 seconds or until you get the consistency you desire. Pour into your favorite cup and enjoy. You can thank me later!
