Create Small Wins In Your Day

With everything going on in the world, you probably find yourself feeling a little overwhelmed and a little stressed. With those types of feelings it’s hard to focus on your big goals, so let’s make small wins the priority over the next few days to help get you back on track.
Small wins help us to feel accomplished throughout the day and mentally it sets up to be successful in other areas of lives. I love celebrating the small wins.
From the list below, choose 1-3 items that you can do over the next few days to create and celebrate small wins.

Make up your bed. One of the easiest ways to start the day with a win, plus it feels good to get into a made up bed at the end of the day.
Unplug from social media for a set amount of time. The average person spends 2 hours and 24 minutes on social media per day. Use this extra time to connect with yourself.
Spend 10 minutes in the morning or evening, stretching and releasing stress. Take a few minutes to connect with the body, listen to the body and give the body attention is a huge wins because most people don’t connect with their bodies in this way on a daily basis.
Get into Nature. Going outside improves your mood emotionally and increases your physical well being.
Take some time to connect with yourself and to celebrate the beauty in your life.
