    Nope! All you need is a comfortable pair of shoes. You can walk outside, on a treadmill, or even around your home — whatever works best for you.

  • What if I miss a day?

    This challenge isn’t about perfection, it’s about progress. If you miss a day, don’t quit — just pick back up the next day. Every step still counts.

  • How do I get the tracker?

    As soon as you sign up, you’ll receive an email with the printable PDF tracker. You can use it digitally on your phone or print it out to mark off your progress.

  • How much time do I need each day?

    Just 15–30 minutes a day. That’s it! Enough to move your body, clear your mind, and meditate on the daily scripture.

  • Do I have to post in the group?

    Not at all. Participation in the community group is optional, but I encourage it — accountability and encouragement can make all the difference in staying consistent.

  • What if I’m new to fitness?

Each week there will be a faith/fitness email sent to you. It will include motivation, scriptures to ponder, journaling prompts, you may even be the first to see new vlogs on my YouTube channel. Weekly motivation and encouragement to keep you focused and excited.

We want to encourage questions, during this journey that will be answered on a weekly basis. These questions can be about workouts, food, mental health or whatever your heart desires. Personal questions will be kept personal and if the question is something that we believe would benefit the group, we will ask if we can use your questions to address the group, but keep your identity confidential so everyone can benefit from the answer.
