Hi, I’m Janáe Michelle — and I believe transformation is possible, no matter how many times you have to start over.

In May 2019, I began my health journey at 391 lbs. Not long after, the world shut down — and like many of us, I had to pivot. I started working out from home, sharing every win, setback, and sweaty moment on Instagram. Over the years, I’ve lost more than 130 lbs naturally and discovered the power of showing up for yourself — even on the hardest days.

But this journey isn’t just about weight loss. It’s about faith, discipline, community, and choosing to become the woman God called me to be — one workout, one prayer, and one step at a time.
